Is the only thing that's real in this image the clouds? Maybe. The stormy sky in the background was the inspiration . . . When working with the cloud image I thought of how it would look if it were flooded . . . and, as one thing led to another, the flying "saucer" showed up and is about to crash into the water.
I was a professional photographer for more than 35 years. While my vocation included wedding and portrait photography and the restoration of very old (and not so old) images, my avocation goes toward the more creative. These include floral and landscape photography (hopefully with a different perspective), some special events that lend to creative images, and a few things that start as photographs but end as digital art creations.
