Artist's Description

The 2100 (T-1) was moved to St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada where it was stored for several years in the former New York Central shop building. During its time in Canada, the 2100 was converted from a coal-burning locomotive to operate on fuel oil. This photo was made when the 2100 came through Maryland. The 2100 is currently in Washington State.

About Judi Quelland

Judi Quelland

I was a professional photographer for more than 35 years. While my vocation included wedding and portrait photography and the restoration of very old (and not so old) images, my avocation goes toward the more creative. These include floral and landscape photography (hopefully with a different perspective), some special events that lend to creative images, and a few things that start as photographs but end as digital art creations. Stay tuned . . . for additional new work!
