Artist's Description

A pencil drawing by Ethel Quelland shows a mama teddy bear and her cub in the foreground. Faded into the background, in subtle monochrome tones, is a real, wild bear. My mom loved teddy bears and sketched this for the child in all of us.

About Ethel Quelland

Ethel Quelland

I was a professional photographer for more than 35 years. While my vocation included wedding and portrait photography and the restoration of very old (and not so old) images, my avocation goes toward the more creative. These include floral and landscape photography (hopefully with a different perspective), some special events that lend to creative images, and a few things that start as photographs but end as digital art creations. Stay tuned . . . for additional new work!
