This photo was made during the reenactment of the battle at Antietam, near Sharpsburg, Maryland on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the battle. This image depicts the battle in and around the sunken road, which later became known as Bloody Lane.
About Judi Quelland
I was a professional photographer for more than 35 years. While my vocation included wedding and portrait photography and the restoration of very old (and not so old) images, my avocation goes toward the more creative.
